Sameer Alramahi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chief
Executive Officer. With more than 25 years of public and private
experience, he has an outstanding reputation for developing strong
relationships and uses his diverse experience, technical expertise, and
problem-solving skills to consult with a wide range of businesses and
industries.
Mr. Alramahi expertise in auditing, internal controls, and process
redesign and improvement helped numerous clients to safeguard
business assets and achieve stakeholder’s goals.
Mr. Alramahi advises on tax minimization and deferral strategies for
companies and their owners. He advises clients about tax ramifications
prior to potential transactions and has helped numerous clients with the
successful abatement of IRS and State penalties.
Mr. Alramahi is also responsible for business development for the Firm,
forging new relationships and building business through his network of
resources within and outside of the Firm, to assist in all aspects of client
needs.
Mr. Alramahi taught over five years various accounting and audit
courses at a State University
Mr. Alramahi started his career in the financial sector and SEC
Corporations and spent over a decade in a large healthcare
organization.
